Abstract
Prezados leitores,
É com grande satisfação que apresentamos a primeira edição da Revista Advances in Nutritional Sciences, de periodicidade quadrimestral de caráter multidisciplinar, que se dedicará a publicação eletrônica de artigos da comunidade científica nacional e internacional que investiguem questões de interesse na área de Nutrição. Tem como público-alvo alunos em formação nos cursos de graduação e pós-graduação em nutrição, assim como, pesquisadores professores e profissionais da saúde como Farmacêuticos, Biomédicos, Biólogos, Médicos, e demais colegas com interesse em Nutrição.
